Ninth Loch (Paul) runs in the 2 mile maiden hurdle. He was second at Killarney on his hurdling debut and should improve from that experience. However, the ground just might be gone too soft for him today.
We have three runners in the novice hurdle over 2m 4f. What Path (Danny) will be suited by this track but may not like the testing ground. Paul has elected to ride High Class Hero who won a 2m 5f maiden hurdle at the Galway festival. He will be okay on this ground and we expect him to run a big race. Pink In The Park (Brian Hayes) is a course winner and will handle this ground.
I Will Be Baie (Patrick) goes for the winners bumper. He won nicely at the Galway festival and has been pleasing us on the gallops at home since. We are a little worried about the soft ground today but we think he’s good enough to win again.
