Ryanair Mares Novice Hurdle 2 Miles
Aurora Vega (Paul) is in great form and we are very happy with her. The only negative might be that the ground could be riding softer than ideal after the snow showers.
Karamoja (Jack Kennedy) improved to win at Clonmel last time and will be fine on the ground.
Karoline Banbou (Mark Walsh) will be suited by the ground and could spring a surprise.
Kimi De Mai (Sean O’Keeffe) was third to Sixandahalf at Fairyhouse last time and that form gives her a chance.
Magic McColgan (Danny) might find the ground a little too soft and looks up against it.
Maughreen (Patrick) lacks experience but has a big engine which gives her a real chance.
Venusienne (Brian Hayes) is a nice French import who is having her first run for us. This is a tough task for her.
Novice Handicap Chase 2m 4f
Asian Master (Tom Costello) is having his first run in a handicap but has plenty of experience. He jumps well and we are looking for a big run.
O’Moore Park (Sean O’Keeffe) might have a nice mark for his handicap debut. If he stays on his feet he should have an each-way chance.
Shanbally Kid (Brian Hayes) is getting his jumping together and has a small each-way shout.
Ryanair Chase 2m 4f
Fact To File (Mark Walsh) is a course winner and we think he has a very good chance. He will go on the ground and hopefully he’ll fly the flag for JP and Closutton.
Stayers Hurdle 3 Miles
Mystical Power (Paul) is trying a new trip and we are putting a hood back on as he used to be quite keen as a novice. However, he might not settle well enough and faces a difficult challenge.
Kim Muir Amateur Handicap Chase 3m 2f
Sa Majeste (Patrick) is running in a handicap for the first time. He has gained valuable jumping experience and hopefully will give Patrick a first win in a race that has so far eluded him.
