We run two in the 2 mile maiden hurdle. Tempo Chapter Two (Jack Foley) was fourth in a maiden hurdle at Gowran last time and is a course winner here. Hopefully, the ground won’t prove too soft for him. El Fabiolo (Paul) is having his first run for us. He will love this ground and was third in a hurdle at Auteuil. He’s going well enough at home to give a good account.
Hors Piste (Paul) is having her first run for us in the 2m 5f maiden hurdle. She ran over hurdles in France and will enjoy this ground. She’s in with a good shout here.
We have five of the six runners in the Savilles Grade 3 Chase over 2m 6f. Al Boum Photo (Paul) has won the last three runnings of this race and the ground has come right for him today. It will be disappointing if doesn’t make it four in a row. Acapella Bourgeois (Jack Foley) was second to Al Boum Photo in this race last year and we are hoping he will do as well again this time. Annamix (Daragh O’Keeffe) will like the trip but not the ground. Brahma Bull (Jody McGarvey) might find this trip too short. Burrows Saint (Brian Hayes) was third over hurdles at Clonmel last time and we need to get another run into him here.
