We run two in the beginners chase over 2m 2f. Ho My Lord (Jody McGarvey) is having his first run over fences and will benefit from this experience. He will like this trip.Il Etait Temps (Paul) is also making his chasing debut. He is a course winner and will handle the trip and ground. He schools well and we are hoping he can make a winning start over fences today.
We have five runners in the 2m 6f listed chase. Janidil (Jody McGarvey) has a grade one penalty and that will make things difficult for him. Classic Getaway (Danny) jumps well and will like this trip. He should be involved. James du Berlais (Daryl Jacob) isn’t suited by the race conditions and might find it hard to get involved. Capodanno (Mark Walsh) would prefer a longer trip. Haut En Couleurs (Paul) has a lot going for him here. He is suited by the race conditions and will appreciate the ground and trip. We are hoping for a big run.
Lombron (Paul) has his first run for us in the 4yo maiden hurdle over 2 miles. He was third in a hurdle in France and came to us will a nice reputation. He jumps well and should be a big player here.
Fun Fun Fun (Patrick) makes her hurdling debut in the 2 mile mares maiden hurdle. Her schooling has gone well and and if she can transfer her bumper form to this discipline she should go close.
Daddy Long Legs (Paul) is having his first run for us in the 2 mile maiden hurdle. He is a nice type who was second on the flat in France. He jumps well and if he can handle winter ground he should be very competitive.
