We have two runners in the 2 mile beginners chase. Feu Du Bresil (Paul) and Figaroc (Brian Hayes) have poor recent runs to overcome and will find it hard to beat the likely favourite Zanahiyr.
We run three in the bumper. Ballygunner Castle (Fern O’Brien) is a horse we like and Fern is a very accomplished rider. Fishery Lane (Stephen Cahill) is also a nice sort and hopefully he will run well. Training problems kept Coco Masterpiece (Charlie Mullins) off the track last year but he is ready start back now. He has won a point to point and is a big jumping type. He has been pleasing us at home and should go close here.
