Embassy Gardens (Paul) makes his chasing debut in the 2m 7f beginners chase. He looks a nice chaser in the making and his schooling has been good. He will like this trip and ground and must have every chance here.
We have two runners in the maiden hurdle over 2m 3f. Blizzard Of Oz (Paul) jumps well and will go on the ground and track. If he reproduces his bumper form he will be hard to beat. Chosen Witness (Danny) ran disappointingly at Naas last month but we are hoping he will run a lot better today and maybe get into the frame.
We have A Penny A Hundred (Paul) and Mount Sinai (Mikey O’Sullivan) in the Listed Mares Novice Hurdle over 2m 3f. They will both be suited by the trip and ground but it is a very competitive race.
We also run two in the 2 mile conditions hurdle. Elixir D’ainay (Mark Walsh) hasn’t run since Cheltenham 2020 when he had every chance when falling two out in the Supreme. We’re happy with him at home and expect him to be seriously involved here. It’s great to have Micro Manage (Paul) back on the track but he might prefer better ground. He will benefit from this run.
