We have two runners in the 2 mile beginners chase. Antey (Paul) was unlucky at Gowran a couple of weeks ago He was going well and in front when he fell at the third last. He will like this ground and trip. Max Dynamite (Danny) was fourth over 2m 4f here last time. He needed that run and he will like this nice ground. However, dropping back half a mile today is not ideal.
Rebellito (Paul) runs in the 2 mile maiden hurdle. He disappointed us when pulling up at Punchestown a few weeks ago. He is very ground dependent and will get goodish ground here which will be a help. However, he is probably watched for the moment.
We run two in the 2m 6f maiden hurdle. They both ran in a 3 mile maiden at Cork last time where Minella Encore finished third and Golden Spread finished a long way back in fifth. They will both like this ground and Paul has opted to ride Minella Encore.
Fais Ton Chemin (Patrick) goes for the bumper. He was fourth on his debut at Fairyhouse last month and we are expecting him to improve on that run here. He will like this ground and hopefully he will be involved at the business end.
