Gibraltar (Conor McNamara) has his first run for us in the 1m 7f 4YO Opportunity Maiden Hurdle. He is a nice type who had some good form on the flat in England before coming to us. He jumps well enough and hopefully he will go close.
Runrized (Richie Deegan) goes for the 2m 4f Rated Novice Hurdle. He won a maiden hurdle at Tramore in April but then disappointed on the flat at Killarney last month. The ground will be fine for him and we think he will stay this trip. He has his chance.
Antey (Adam Short) runs in the 2 mile novice chase. He won a 2m 3f beginners chase at Limerick three weeks ago and the drop back in trip today shouldn’t inconvenience him. This ground will really suit and we are expecting another big run.
Willie The Coo (Patrick) runs in the winners bumper. He was disappointing on his debut at Punchestown last month when he was beaten over 10 lengths in seventh place. He ran very free that day and hopefully a first-time hood today will be a big help. We are hoping for a much better run today.
