Zillow (Paul) is a nice acquisition from France where he won two races and had a high flat rating. He has schooled well and if he settles and jumps well in the race he has a good chance.
Beginners Chase 2m 3f
Ballyburn (Paul) is making his chasing debut but he jumped well when winning a point to point and his hurdling form is excellent. If he can reproduce his hurdling form over fences he will be very hard to beat.
Gold Dancer (Mikey O’Sullivan) is having his first outing over fences. His hurdling career was a little disappointing but hopefully he will improve with this introduction to fences.
Ocastle Des Mottes (Danny) is also making his chasing debut. He was a very experienced hurdler albeit he disappointed in that sphere. Hopefully this change of discipline will be a big help.
Morgiana Hurdle 2 Miles
Daddy Long Legs (Mikey O’Sullivan) has a tough assignment and the forecast rain won’t help. However, he likes this track which is a plus.
Sir Gerhard (Danny) is a better jumper of hurdles than fences. If he hurdles fluently here he should be competitive.
State Man (Paul) is going for three in a row in this race. We have been very happy with him at home and hopefully he can continue where he left off last season.
Winter Fog (Sean O’Keeffe) looks up against it even with a rating of 150 but he has surprised us in the past.
Lossiemouth (Patrick) hasn’t tackled this trip for a while but has been in excellent form on the gallops. She has the potential to improve and is sure to put up a good show.
