Naas 16th December

Hawai Game (Mark Walsh) makes his hurdling debut in the 2m 3f 4YO maiden hurdle. He was a good winner of an AQPS race in France and has been schooling well at home. He is a half-brother to Easy Game and will have no problem with this trip. We are expecting a very good run.

We have two horses making their hurdling debuts in the mares maiden hurdle over 2 miles. Brandy Love (Paul) won a point to point so her jumping shouldn’t be an issue here. The ground will be fine for her and hopefully she will get off the mark over hurdles today. Take Tea (Mark Walsh) is a course and distance winner here but has a bit of ground to make up on Brandy Love on bumper form. She doesn’t have the benefit of point to point experience but has jumped well at home.

We have two making their chasing debuts in the 2m 3f beginners chase. Capodanno (Mark Walsh) jumps very well and sluiced up in a 3 mile handicap hurdle when last seen at the Punchestown festival. He might need a longer trip to be seen at his best. Gaillard Du Mesnil (Paul) is a top class hurdler and has been working and schooling well at home. Hopefully he will keep up the good recent run of our novice chasers.

Sir Argus (Patrick) makes his racecourse debut in the bumper. He is a half-brother to Brahma Bull and we are looking forward to seeing him here. He shouldn’t be too far away.
