Naas 10th March

Olympic Man (Paul) goes for the 2m 3f maiden hurdle. He hasn’t run since finishing second at Galway last October but he has been working well at home. He made some jumping errors at Galway but we think he will jump much better today. This longer trip will suit and we are expecting a big run.

Tactical Move (Paul) runs in the 2m 4f novice chase. He won well over this trip at Gowran in January and he’s been in great form at home since. This looks like an ideal opportunity to win again.

We have two runners in the 1m 7f novice hurdle. Mirazur West (Mark Walsh) is a course winner here and was impressive when winning a maiden hurdle at Fairyhouse last time. He has every chance of going in again. Fun Fun Fun (Paul) comes here in good form after winning at Exeter last month. She should give a good account.

We have three declared for the Leinster National Handicap Chase over 3 miles. Paul rides Minella Cocooner who is having his first run in a handicap. This trip will suit and he’ll handle the ground. It’s a competitive race but we’re looking for a big run. Both Bronn (Kieran Callaghan) and Ontheropes (Sean O’Keeffe) need to leave their last runs behind if they are to figure.

Femme Magnifique (Patrick) goes for the mares winners bumper. She won well on her first start for us at Thurles but was a little disappointing when stepped up in class at the Dublin Racing Festival. We decided to come here instead of going to Cheltenham and hopefully she will justify that decision and get back on track here.
