La Joya (Colin Keane) runs in the 1m 4f fillies maiden. She was second on heavy ground over this trip at Listowel and seems to have improved at home since. We are hoping she will go one better today.
We have three runners in the 1m 6f handicap. Legal Spin (Rachael Blackmore) has been disappointing this summer and might find this ground too soft. Eight And Bob (Declan McDonogh) is a course winner and should just about handle the likely testing conditions. Swift Verdict (Colin Keane) is having his first run for us. He was disappointing in England but on the evidence of his homework he should handle this ground and trip.
