Novice Hurdle 2m 4f
Ballygunner Castle (Paul) looks best of our trio. He is a course winner here and will go on the ground. He was second over 3 miles at Clonmel last time but this trip will suit better.
Joystick (Danny) will handle the ground but might prefer a longer trip.
You Oughta Know (Sean O’Keeffe) won over 2 miles at Punchestown and hopefully this longer trip won’t be stretching his stamina. The nice ground will be a big plus.
Novice Hurdle 2 Miles
Gaucher (Brian Hayes) was impressive at Naas last time and a repeat of that form should see him go close.
Belloccio (Danny) won on fast ground on the flat but jumping on a quick surface could be a negative.
Irancy (Mark Walsh) was third in a maiden hurdle here and will like this ground.
Paul has picked Karniquet who takes abig drop in class after finishing fourth in the Supreme at Cheltenham. He could be hard to beat.
Runcok (J J Slevin) jumps very well but this trip might be too short for him.
Sea Of Sands (Sean O’Keeffe) will be suited by the trip and ground. He could spring a surprise and might be good each-way value.
Mares Listed Bumper 2 miles
Cameletta Vega (Jody) will apprecaite the nice ground and has her chance.
Future Prospect (Patrick) won impressively over this course and distance but the occasion got to her at the Dublin Racing Festival. A first-time hood should put her back in the picture.
