Hashtag Be Kind (Paul) has her first run for us in the mares maiden hurdle over 2m 4f. She was second in a bumper at Warwick two years ago and a couple of training issues have kept her off the track since. She is a good jumper and is ready to start off here.
We have three runners making their chasing debuts in the 2 mile beginners chase. Deploy The Getaway (Sean O’Keeffe) is difficult to train but has the advantage of having won a point to point. Feu Du Bresil (Danny) is a big chasing type and we think fences will be more his job. Today’s race might be a bit beyond him but he will get his turn before too long. We are really looking forward to seeing how Mister Policeman gets on. He has a big engine and if brings his home jumping to the track he should have the measure of these rivals.
