Wendy Howell (Paul) makes her hurdling debut in the 2m 2f maiden hurdle. She was well beaten in a bumper over this course and distance two weeks ago but is getting fitter. She is a careful jumper and will need this experience but should be capable of winning one over hurdles at some stage.
Pencreek (Patrick) goes for the 2m 2f bumper. He was third on his racecourse debut at Ballinrobe and will come on for that run. He should go well and hopefully the ground won’t be too lively.
