Abi’s Champ (Paul) makes her hurdling debut in the 2m 4f mares maiden hurdle. Her bumper form was very good and we’ll be disappointed if doesn’t make a successful start in this sphere. She jumps well and handled testing ground when third to Aurora Vega at Gowran in September.
What Path (Paul) runs in the 3 mile Listed Novice Hurdle. He ran disappointingly behind High Class Hero last time and will need to improve on that performance if he is to be involved here. He will like this trip but would prefer better ground.
Power Of Pause (Paul) goes for the 2m 4f novice chase. He won a beginners chase over 2m 6f on his chasing debut at Listowel last time and that experience will stand to him here. He handles testing ground and the shorter trip won’t be a problem. However, this looks a very strong race but hopefully he will be competitive again.
