We run two in the opportunity maiden hurdle over 2m 3f. Defy De Mee (Katie O’Farrell) has been disappointing but is capable of winning a race like this. However, he probably wants a longer trip. Face The Facts (Liam Gilligan) was disappointing last time but we are prepared to draw a line through that run. His previous run at Naas was much better and that form would give him a good chance here.

Chacun Pour Soi (Paul) goes for the beginners chase over 2 miles. He was placed in a chase in France before coming to us but has had his share of training problems since. He will like this ground and jumps well.

Mister Blue Sky (Paul) runs in the 2 mile listed novice hurdle. He was very impressive when winning at Wexford last October but he has had some problems and hasn’t run since. He lacks experience against these rivals.

Sayar (Paul) runs in the 2m 3f handicap hurdle. He has a lot of weight but is built to carry it. He will get the ground he likes here.

We have two in the 2m 4f novice chase. Robin Des Foret (David) fell at Cork last November and has had a little break since. Hopefully he might run into a place here. Camelia De Cotte (Paul) is progressing nicely and will appreciate this trip and ground.

We run three in the Leinster National Handicap Chase over 3 miles. Pairofbrowneyes (Paul) will like this track and trip and is built to carry weight. Isleofhopendreams (Danny) has disappointed a few times but is still capable of running well here. However, he might need softer ground. Bellow Mome (David) has a lovely weight and didn’t run too badly in the Thyestes last time.
