Klassy Kay (Jody Townend) goes for the 2m 4f Ladies Handicap Hurdle. She will appreciate this trip and ground and will benefit from Jody’s useful 7lb claim. She shouldn’t be too far away.
We have two in the novice hurdle over 2 miles. Elite Charboniere (Adam Short) will like the ground but needs to improve on his run behind El Barra at Punchestown last time. Statuaire (Jack Foley) won nicely at Downpatrick on her first run for us and will like this ground and trip. It’s a competitive race but we are expecting her to be involved at the business end again today.
