Quais De Paris (Paul) has his first run for us in the 2 mile maiden hurdle. He is a nice horse who was third in a hurdle in France. He will like the prevailing conditions and we are looking forward to seeing how he gets on.
We run two in the Jack De Bromhead Memorial Maiden Hurdle over 2m 5f. Lisnagar Fortune (Paul) shaped like a good horse when winning a bumper at the Punchestown festival last April. It’s his first run over hurdles but he is good form and will like this ground and trip. Figaroc (Sean Cleary-Farrell) is a lovely big chasing type who was second in a hurdle in France before coming to us. This is his ground and trip but maybe not at this point in his career.
We have a nice team in the Grade 3 Savilles Chase over 2m 6f. Stattler (Paul) won the Amateur Novices Chase at the Cheltenham and returns to action here in great form. Minella Indo will be very hard to beat but we think Stattler will run a big race. Both El Barra (Jack Foley) and Cilaos Emery (Brian Hayes) are entitled to be in the line-up but neither has the rating to win.
