La Prima Donna (Paul) goes for the 2m 4f mares’ maiden hurdle. The trip and ground will suit and we will be disappointed if she doesn’t make the most of this opportunity to get off the mark over hurdles.
We run two in the winners’ bumper. Rath Gaul Boy (Patrick) won nicely at Leopardstown on his first run for us. He then ran very respectably when fifth in an Aintree bumper last month. We think he has a very good chance of getting back in the winner’s enclosure here. This will be his final run before going out to grass for the summer. Sir Argus (Jody Townend) is also having his last run of the season. This track will suit but ideally he would prefer a longer trip.
