Glengouly (Paul) makes his chasing debut in the 2m 2f beginners chase. He won a point to point and jumps fences better than he jumped hurdles. This is a tough race but he has a good each-way chance.
Cilaos Emery (Paul) goes for the 2m 6f listed chase. He is in great form and will like the track and ground. However, the race conditions are not in his favour and we’ll be delighted if he finishes in the first three.
Moon Rise Beauty (Paul) runs in the 2 mile mares maiden hurdle. She was second at Limerick last time but needs to improve on that if she is to go close here. The drying ground will be a help and she has a small each-way chance.
We run two in the 2 mile maiden hurdle. Allibaba (Paul) ran well on his two outings in bumpers at Galway and has been in good form at home. He will go on the ground and should figure prominently in what appears to be an ordinary maiden. I Am Rocco (Jack Foley) is having his first run for us. His two runs in bumpers for Nicky Henderson weren’t very inspiring and he will have to improve a lot to get into the shake-up here. A watching brief is probably best.
