Gentleman de Mee (Mark Walsh) goes for the beginners chase over 2 miles. He was second to Haut En Couleurs at Leopardstown at Christmas and has improved since. We expect him to be a big player here.
Adamantly Chosen (Paul) runs in the 2 mile maiden hurdle. He’s on a retrieval mission after having been just touched off in two maiden hurdles at Fairyhouse and Cork. Barbados has a high flat rating but we are confident of a big run.
Haxo (Patrick) makes his hurdling debut in the 2m 7f maiden hurdle. He won an AQPS race in France before coming to us and has schooled very well at home. It looks like a competitive race but with a bit of luck he should finish in the money.
We have three runners in the bumper. Data Breach (Stephen Cahill) was unplaced at Limerick at Christmas and has to improve a lot to get involved here. O’moore Park (Charlie Mullins) is having his first run for us. He ran a great race when second in a bumper at Fairyhouse last November and if he brings that form here he should be very hard to beat. Sky Sprinter (Ruth Dudfield) is a nice horse but is probably more a jumping than a bumper type.
