Fan De Blues (Brian Hayes) goes for the 2 mile beginners chase. He has been running in handicap chases over longer distances and that experience will be an advantage here. He will handle the ground and should go close.
We have two in the 2m 4f mares novice hurdle. Manitopark (Danny) is improving and the drying ground will suit. She has the benefit of five runs over hurdles and will like this trip. The West Awaits (Brian Hayes) takes a drop in class after finishing third in a listed hurdle here last month. She should be okay on the ground. It’s hard to split our two but hopefully one of them will win.
Captain Kangaroo (Danny) runs in the 2m 4f maiden hurdle. He has finished second in three maiden hurdles and hopefully he will go one better today. He will love the ground and trip and his experience will be a big advantage.
