Flame Bearer (Paul) has his first run for us in the 2m 4f beginners chase. He has point to point experience and jumps well at home. He’s a course winner and will have no problem with this trip. He had a great season last year with Pat Doyle and we are expecting him to get off the mark over fences today.
Impaire Et Passe (Paul) goes for the 2m 3f maiden hurdle. He’s a real nice import from France where he won an AQPS race. There’s a lot to like about him and he’s a very exciting horse to have in the yard. He’s been doing great work at home and should be seriously involved here.
Eabha Grace (Paul) runs in the mares maiden hurdle over 2 miles. She was third over 2m 3f here last time and the form of that race has worked out particularly well with the first, second and fifth horses winning next time out. However it’s a hot mares maiden and, while she should be involved, we’ll be delighted if she finishes in the first three.
Loughlynn (Patrick) runs in the bumper. He ran well when sixth to Icare Desbois on his debut in the Tattersalls Sales Bumper at Fairyhouse last April and has improved since. He’s doing everything nicely at home and we’ll be disappointed if he’s not in the firing line here.
