Youmdor (Paul) has his first run for us in the 3yo hurdle over 2 miles. He is a nice type who won on the flat in France. He has schooled well at home but we are a bit worried about how he will handle this testing ground.
Ferny Hollow (Paul) makes his hurdling debut in the 2 mile maiden hurdle. He won a bumper easily at Fairyhouse and went on to land the Champion Bumper at Cheltenham. That form should be good enough to win here. He jumps well and will handle the ground.
Galopin Des Champs (Paul) runs in the 4yo novice hurdle over 2 miles. He is a lovely type who won a hurdle at Auteuil before coming to us. He will handle this ground and should be involved at the business end today.
Annamix (Paul) goes for the 2m 4f conditions chase. He won well at Fairyhouse last January and could follow up here. Spyglass Hill might be hard to beat but our horse will handle the ground and appreciate the trip.
We have two runners in the 2m 4f beginners chase. Antey (David) is fit and well and will go on the ground. However he will have to improve his jumping if he is to figure here. Energumene (Paul) won a point to point in England and will love this ground. He won impressively over hurdles here in March and should be very competitive today.
