Pont Aval (Paul) runs in the mares beginners chase over 2m 4f. She was second to Instit at Fairyhouse last time and this looks like an easier assignment. She is improving and is suited by this trip. Hopefully, this might be her chance to get off the mark over fences.
Figaroc (Paul) goes for the 2m 2f maiden hurdle. He was going well enough until a mistake at the third last put paid to his chance at Down Royal last time. He may have needed that run and hopefully he will be good enough to break his duck here.
