Defy De Mee (Danny Mullins) has his first run for us in the 2 mile maiden hurdle. He is a nice big chasing type who has won an AQPS race in France. He is bred to stay and will like this track and ground. We are hoping for a good run.
Cut The Mustard (David Mullins) goes for the 2m 4f maiden hurdle. She has been very disappointing on her two runs for us but we think she is better than that. She didn’t jump well the last day but should improve in that department over this longer trip. When she puts her act together she is well capable of winning a race like this.
We run two in the Quevega Mares Listed Hurdle. Pravalaguna (Danny Mullins) had a very nasty fall in France last June and has taken a long time to get over it. We think is a nice race to let her get her confidence back over hurdles. Meri Devie (David Mullins) ran better than her placing suggests last time considering she had to shoulder top-weight. Her light weight here will be a big help and we are confident of a big run.
Redhotfillypeppers (David Dunsdon) has a lot in her favour in the 2m 6f mares maiden hurdle. This ground and trip will suit and she jumped well well last time. This could be her opportunity to get off the mark over hurdles.
