We have ten runners in the valuable Naas November Handicap over 1m 6f. Limini (Conor McNamara) has joint top weight but her rider’s valuable 10lb claim could be a huge advantage. Whiskey Sour (Robert Dawson) has won when ridden by claimers in the past and must have every chance here. Stratum (Colin Keane) was too keen in Newmarket and hopefully the faster pace here will allow him to settle and produce his best form. If he puts his best foot forward he will have a major chance. Uradel (Declan McDonogh) ran a cracker in the English Cesarewitch and a repeat would see him go close here. Hopefully, those exertions haven’t taken too much out of him. Chelkar (Robbie Colgan) has disappointed all season and is hard to train. Further rain would be a big advantage for him. Pakora (Ross Coakley) is making her handicap debut and needs rain to be seen at her best. Nessun Dorma (Kevin Manning) is in good form but any more rain would hamper his chance. Exchange Rate (Leigh Roche) ran a very good race in the Irish Cesarewitch and if in the same form will be in the shake-up. Makitorix (Ben Coen) will find it difficult to reach the first four unless the ground comes up soft. Pleasure Dome (Chris Hayes) has a wonderful weight over a trip she will love. She didn’t get a great run in the Irish Cesarewitch but hopefully she won’t have the same problem here. She won’t mind the ground and we will be disappointed if she is not involved at the business end today.
We have two in the Listed Race over an extended 1m 3f. Riven Light (Seamie Heffernan) has a chance if we get more rain but the opposite applies to Law Girl (Chris Hayes). She needs good ground to be seen at her best.
