Stratum (Paul) runs in the 2m 4f hurdle. He is well suited by these race conditions and confirmed his well being with an easy win on the flat at Killarney a couple of weeks ago. He will like this trip and the ground should be fine. He should be hard to beat.

Zola (Paul) makes her hurdling debut in the 3 mile maiden hurdle. She jumps well and will love this trip. She is not the biggest mare but what she lacks in size she makes up for in her pedigree. We are expecting a big run.

Wicklow Brave (Paul) goes for the novice chase over 2m 1f. He loves this track and has taken well to jumping fences. He won a beginners chase at Ballinrobe and then followed up impressively at the Galway festival. It will be disappointing if doesn’t continue the upward trend here.

We run two in the 2m 4f handicap chase. Ask Susan (Paul) ran really well at Galway and seems to have improved at home since. She has a leading chance today. Cabaret Queen (David) is having her first run for us so this is a bit of a fact finding mission. We should find out today how she’s treated in handicaps in Ireland compared to England.

Mountainmore (Patrick) goes for the bumper. She was disappointing on her debut at Kilbeggan and will have to improve if she is to get involved here. She shows us more at home and hopefully she will grab a share of the prize money today.
