Bronagh’s Belle (Paul) goes for the 4yo maiden hurdle over 2 miles. She made a satisfactory hurdling debut when second at Sligo last month and with normal improvement she should be involved at the business end here. She will like this track and will handle the ground.

Quartz Du Rheu (Mark Walsh) runs in the 2 mile novice hurdle. He won his maiden hurdle easily on his first run for us at Tramore last month. This represents a step up in class but we are expecting him to go close.

Poker D’ainey (Paul) is in the 2m 4f handicap hurdle. He won over this trip at Tramore last month and is improving all the time. This looks more difficult but he must have a good each-way chance.

Contingency (Paul) runs in the 2m 4f mares’ novice chase. She disappointed over hurdles at Galway but she had easily won a beginners chase on her previous start and the form of that race has worked out well. She could be hard to beat here.
